What to expect during sessions
Each session begins with a confidential intake so your therapist can identify areas of tension, pain, and daily movement patterns. Treatments are tailored by adjusting pressure, positioning and focus, and RLT is included and integrated into the session plan where appropriate to support the therapist’s approach.
Our in-studio 60-minute sessions cost $119 and provide focused time for therapeutic goals or a more soothing hand & foot emphasis. You’ll be treated in a private room in our Northeast Heights / Uptown corridor studio, and the therapist will confirm pressure, areas to avoid, and any follow-up suggestions before work begins.
Therapist approach and scope
Therapists base care on your reported concerns and observable movement patterns, selecting manual strategies that match comfort and goals. When clients request medical-focused work the therapist prioritizes clear communication and adapts hands-on attention to the problem areas the client identifies during intake.
We maintain a quiet, private environment near I-25 and Pan American Frontage Road for easy access by commuters and local residents. Clients who schedule after-work or weekend appointments often do so around Uptown shopping, family schedules, or outdoor plans at Sandia trailheads and Balloon Fiesta Park.
Choosing RLT or manual focus
Deciding between an RLT-integrated session, therapeutic or medical emphasis, and a dedicated hand & foot focus depends on your immediate goals, pain location and how you’ll use the rest of your day. A hand & foot appointment concentrates treatment time on extremities, while a medical-focused session directs hands-on work to specific areas.
Because Albuquerque’s high-desert climate and active lifestyle affect daily routines, therapists may suggest scheduling around outdoor activities and offer practical home-care suggestions. We serve Albuquerque and the surrounding communities and can recommend follow-up timing or a regular schedule that fits your activity and commute patterns.
