Arrive hydrated and lightly dressed, avoid heavy meals beforehand. Inform your therapist about medical conditions, pregnancy, or sensitivities. You may choose to be nude or clothed on the table; linens will remain in place and all genitals are adequately covered for privacy.

Pregnancy requires caution. We generally avoid hot stones in the first trimester and recommend physician approval. Treatments can be adapted with lower heat, no stones on the abdomen, and modified positions. Always disclose pregnancy when booking for safe, tailored care.

Yes — the salt scrub for the back is available as an option or add-on. It exfoliates, boosts circulation and enhances stone work absorption. Tell your therapist about any skin sensitivities or open wounds so we can adjust or skip the scrub for safety.

Our large river stones run slightly warmer and retain heat longer than standard stones, providing deep, consistent warmth. Therapists monitor temperature continuously and adjust or remove stones immediately if you feel discomfort. Comfort is prioritized throughout the hemispheric treatment.

Your comfort and modesty are paramount. You may choose to be nude or clothed; linens are used to split the body left-to-right and all genitals remain adequately covered. Therapists provide careful draping while working glutes and inner thighs to maintain privacy.

Sessions commonly run 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Longer sessions allow full hemispheric work and the optional back salt scrub. Please arrive early for a brief consultation and to allow stones to be heated to the optimal temperature.
